Effectively engaging with Medicare and Medicaid members is crucial for optimizing risk adjustment, enhancing quality ratings, and fostering improved access and affordability for members. However, accurately identifying and engaging members in a relevant manner - and ultimately driving behavioral changes that enhance health over the long term - presents significant challenges.
Methodology
My team has spent several years researching this population using various methods including observations, in-depth interviews, and surveys. This work is ongoing!
